Webshop (eShop)

  1. General. It is important that you carefully read this terms and conditions before you make a purchase on Signa Vitae eShop. These terms and conditions may vary from time to time without notice to you. Terms and conditions apply to all users. If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website. By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions, including our Privacy Statement, Personal Data Statement and our Conversion Declaration.
  2. Price. Signa Vitae reserves the right to change the prices. Prices are valid from the time when placing an order throughout the buying process. All prices are stated in HRK and USD (please see our Conversion Declaration). The payment is made in HRK. At times where software or human errors for instance list produscts with an obvious faulty price, Signa Vitae reserves the rights to cancel the order. Notifications will be given.
  3. Payment. Payment can be made by various credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron. All of your personal information and credit card details will be securely handled at all times. Transactions are managed by Raiffeisen Bank Payment Module. Prices shown are inclusive of Croatian Valued Added Tax.
  4. Confirmation of order. Following completion of your order, we will send to you an email acknowledging your order. This email is an order confirmation and the acceptance of your order.Your order is accepted and the contract concluded when the product ordered is despatched to you unless the order is subsequently cancelled by either you or us.
  5. Shipping. We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 48 hours of placing your order. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process. All orders will be shipped by Croatian Post. Time of delivery depends on the country, but please allow up to 1.5 month before before contacting us.
  6. Returns. If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
    In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask you to notify us of any problem within 3 days.
    If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us within 3 days.
