The authors have clarified that the Institutional Review Board waived the requirement for written informed consent for this retrospective case report.
Original statement:
“The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital, South Korea (IRB file no. 2023-01-004). Oral informed consent was obtained from the patient for publication of this case report.”
Corrected statement:
“The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital, South Korea (IRB file no. 2023-01-004), which waived the requirement for written informed consent. Oral informed consent was obtained from the patient for publication of this case report.”
