The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Taiwanese Society of Regional Anesthesia & Pain Management (TSRA-PM) marks not only TSRA-PM’s first-ever annual academic meeting since its establishment but also the first joint event with the International Symposium of Regional Anesthesia Asia (RA Asia)—an international, non-profit educational promotion organization composed of regional anesthesiologists from East, Southeast, and South Asian countries, dedicated to advancing education, clinical techniques, and research collaboration in regional anesthesia across Asia. Therefore, the event carries significant academic and historical importance for the development of regional anesthesia and pain medicine (RAPM) in Taiwan.
The theme of this annual meeting, titled "Clinical Frontiers in Applied Anatomy," focuses on the renewed understanding of human anatomy and its translation into clinical practice. The three-day event, including one pre-congress workshop and three post-congress workshops, will feature more than ten international scholars from the United States, Europe, and various Asian countries, sharing their latest clinical experiences and research progress. The program will include lectures, hands-on workshops, and a contest of research posters and presentations in the field of RAPM.
TSRA-PM will be collaborating with the journal Signa Vitae by contributing to the publication of a special issue advancing knowledge and skills in the field of RAPM. Authors of the articles selected by the committee during the contest will be given a chance to publish their work on Signa Vitae.
